Gauri Shankar Temple is one of the oldest temples present in India. It is situated immediately below the castle of Naggar in Naggar Village. The records say that this temple was dated back to 12th century AD and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Mythology says that this temple is the last monument of the Gurjara Pratihara traditions and is a protected monument. The architecture involved in this temple is famous Shikhara architecture.
