1. Fansipan: It is highest mountain of Indochinese Peninsula. It is popularly known as Roof of India china. Height of this mountain is approximately 3147 metres. Its panoramic 360 view of mountains , valleys is stunning.
September to October is the best time to visit Fansipan and do trekking.
From Hanoi you can get bus, taxi for Fansipan.
2. Sand dunes Mui Ne: Mui Ne is famous for white sand dunes along beach site. You will feel like you are in desert area surrounding with sea.
Best time to visit this place is from October to April during moderate wind season. This desert has giant sand dune.
Also Mui Ne is famous for its sea food.
3. Fairy stream Mui Ne : Just like painting made by nature it is combination of bright red and white color of sand with lush green colors of trees. Perfect color combination.
This fairy stream starts from Duong villages , after covering total distance of 1.8 kilometres , it empties into sea. It is gem of Vietnam hidden in dense woods.
4. Hanoi city : It is capital of Vietnam. Hanoi is famous for its culture, ancient architecture. Hanoi market is popular for its household goods and street food. Hanoi old quater is also known as 36 Street Hanoi.
Best time to visit is September to October i.e. autumn season. Also March April spring season is best time to see beauty of Hanoi.
5. Phu Quoc Island : It is island of Vietnam famous for fish sauce and seafood. It has white sand beaches and resorts.
Best time to visit this island is from October to March. During winter this island has pleasant weather.
6. Hu Chi Minh : This is most populous city of Vietnam. It is also famous as Saigon due to Saigon river. It has plenty of museums showing ancient culture, wartime history. It has good architecture made by French rulers. It has colorful food markets.
7. Ninh Binh : Ninh Binh is a beautiful small city of Vietnam situated in Red river Delta. From Hanoi there takes 2 hours to reach Ninh Binh. It has mild winters.
There is Trang an grottoes just 7 kilometres from Ninh Binh having natural landscapes. It has underwater caves. Route covers 2 hours through 3 caves. Largest cave is of 1 kilometre.
8. Phan thiet beach : It's interesting to grab a motor bike or motor taxi and go along coastline. Enjoy beauty of sunrise and sunset, water sports , windsurfing , pleasant weather.
9. Temples : There are many temples in Vietnam , most of them are related to Buddhism. They are known as Pagoda.Few are related to Hindhism.
