Every since I have been a kid in school, I have wanted to travel to this quaint little town I had always seen in pictures. Some time in the last year , I was lucky enough to visit my dream destination, as I had to include it in my trip to Austria. I was residing in an even smaller town called Bad Gosiern in a hostel, which was run by a lovely gentleman who lived there with his dog. Halstatt was a couple of bus rides away. I reached my destination at noon and stayed back till the evening to catch the last bus at 6pm. Every corner and every turn in the city was as if straight from from out of a dream. Once an obscure little town, today it is filled with tourists during the summer seasons - "all for the gram". Today one of the most popular Instagram destinations of the world , it is a must visit town for everyone who visits Austria - "UNESCO world heritage"
