Day 1

I belong to Delhi and one of my friends have a farm in BASANI (place in the outskirts of Jim Corbett National Park). He asked me and my two friends to visit him. Here is how the trip went:

We started our trip from Delhi to Basani with a Taxi. The Taxi was a must need because if we have taken a bus for the same route, it would not have been the same fun. We took one break at Tadka (highway restaurant) to keep our energy high. From there we took one break directly in Haldwani to gather some of the household 'must' needs- Maggi, wheatflour, couple of cold drinks. When we reached there we were so tired out of the journey. We reached at the time of sunset, sun leaving it's impression from each and every path. There was this stream nearly about 100 meters far from where we stayed. While taking bath in that stream, the guy who lives there told us that, "where you are bathing right now, it is possible that Tiger would have come here to quench his thirst". Even the  Taxi guy has told us to not be outside once sunsets. We wrapped up immediately from there and reached the farm. Enjoyed the night by sharing some of the more stories of Tiger here in the woods.

Day 2

Next day enjoyed the sunrise and went to that stream to explore the hidden places and to know more about how the Forest behaves. I tell you things are totally different when you are in sun walking in forest and the same in night. In night every single things seems spooky and the level of negative thoughts and energy surrounds you so well that you could not think of any other thing. Even if you reminds yourself to be positive your surroundings will make you think the other way. Forests are nice and informative but , spooky and negative too.
