About the Group
Went there with my family. Parents, my siblings and cousins. Total of 8 people were stuffed in an innova(7 seater car).
Itinerary
This was the gathering point of all of cousins. We had a flight at 1pm and we all gathered there before time.
Reached there around 3pm. weather was exactly how we predicted. Is was summer in goa in december. Sun was out, temperature around 27 degrees C.
Perfect time to get out sun gear on - sunglasses, sunscreen and the cap.
After the airport, we went directly to our resort by taxi.
Best of Food
Best food to try was no doubt the goan food. To get real taste of goan food, seek out places where locals eat. like we found this amazing food place Bandekar's that was not fancy at all. Locals come there and eat their lunch and dinner with a beer.
Goan food is a little spicy and full of masala. Mint, coconut corriender, tomatoes and onions.
Fish Thali contains a fried fish, some crab, clams, cocnut fish curry, lots of local rice and a digestive drink.
and ofcource get a beer.
How to Commute
though most of the places are at waling distance, but if you dont want to walk every time you go shopping or to the beach, get a scooter on rent. Costs around 200 to 300 per day plus petrol cost.
