This one is located right opposite the St. Annes church on Agonda beach. It has seating on upper deck and the view is excellent. Good place to sit and people watch and ofcourse eat. There's a bar right across the street called junction bar (aka shanti bar).
The menu is quite diverse here. The food is mostly good and decently priced.

It's actually called Junction bar, also known as shanti bar. Idk why Google calls it Central bar. It's right across the road from Fatima corner.
This is just a bar, no food here other than packaged masala peanuts etc. But, this is perhaps the best place to drink in Agonda. It looks very simple and is basically just a hole in the wall. But the people here are mostly regulars who love the place and the bartender, Bobby. Good place to chat with random people and drink and smoke with them.
Bobby also knows his cocktails and doesn't hold back on the alcohol at all. You wouldn't find expensive liquor here, but you can ask Bobby to surprise you :)

This one is in palolem (about 10km from Agonda). It's on the expensive side too, but the pizzas are amazing. It's open with limited seating as of Jan 2021, so better reserve your seat beforehand. Very popular among the foreign expats too.

Another good local restaurant. But there's no network or WiFi here. They don't even have a printed menu as it changes with the catch of the day.
Rawa fry kingfish is brilliant. You can go for a fish thali which is 250 rupees.

Excellent goan food and cheap too (by Agonda standards). Calamari Masala fry was great. Goan fish curry rice was good too. Go for red snapper fish in the curry if you want less bones and smell.
They have good coffee and cheap beer too. Kingfisher premium is 60 rupees for a pint

Another cheap restaurant right on the Agonda beach road. They have chinese options and excellent momos. Ask for kothe momos which are pan fried on one side. You can also get aloo paratha and puri sabzi there. They also go beyond the menu if possible.
