Mainapi Waterfall, Netravali Goa

Goa is known mostly for beaches, but there are a lot many things to do in Goa. The beauty of Goa is hidden under the bushes of nature, such as waterfalls. Mainapi waterfall is one of the best waterfall to visit in Goa, because the view is mesmerizing and it is not too far to walk. To reach this beautiful waterfall one need to walk through the dense forest almost for 5km from the entrance of Netravali wildlife Sanctuary.

At the entrance of Netravali wildlife Sanctuary, they charge entry fee Rs 100 per head and Rs 50 for bikes. The bikes can be taken almost for 3km but it is full off road so I would suggest to walk rather than taking bike. The most amazing thing about this waterfall is that it won't be much crowded and also I didn't find any leeches. The height from which the water falls is 30-50m. One can even dive in water during summer since the water remains chilled.

When I went with my squad I found it was an amazing trip. Walking through the dense forest, climbing mountains to walking down through a small way and it was dangerous too since, it was a slope with almost 50m height but it was an amazing experience for me of reaching the waterfall.
