Paris was initially a small island (Ile de la cite) which is now known for its Notre Dam Cathedral

The ring road in Paris is 35 kms in length which encircles Paris. and is known as the Boulevard Periferique.

The Eiffel tower was actually meant to be a temporary construction to be pulled down later. It was not popular earlier and people protested to have it pulled down.

It costs more money to have a coffee outside a cafe in Paris than inside !
