This homestay offers three different types of accommodation –
Cottage
A deluxe cottage has two rooms with a living room, garden, and balcony. It costs around Rs. 9500 per night for double occupancy, inclusive of all meals.
Suites
A suite has one bedroom with a living room and a balcony. It costs around Rs. 8500 per night on a double occupancy, inclusive of all meals.
Deluxe Double Rooms
A deluxe double room has one room with a balcony. It costs around Rs. 7500 per night for double occupancy, inclusive of all meals.
Activities – In and around
They have many activities and fun things to do on the property such as ATV rides, a trampoline and a tree house for the little ones! They also have a great library from where you can pick your read for the stay and enjoy it either in your room or the library. For the more adventurous guests, they can organise visits to waterfalls, nature walks, jungle hikes and picnics on the river banks. They even conduct activities such as river crossing, rock climbing and rappelling.
Jungle Safari
Since it is located only 15km away from the Corbett National Park, they can arrange jungle safaris with ease. One jeep, which can accommodate up to six people, costs around Rs. 3000, inclusive of entry fees to the park and taxes. It also comes with an expert naturalist who will guide you through the forest pointing out the varied flora and fauna of the jungle. Safari timings are 6am to 10am in the mornings, and 2pm to 6pm in the evening.
They also provide elephant safaris, available from October 1 to June 30. One elephant can carry one to four people and costs around Rs. 3000 for two hours.
Glenfern Spa
Glenfern Spa is a place that has a gym, hamam and a jacuzzi. You can use the gym to continue your workout regime, and later relax with a steam bath in the hamam. For those looking for pure relaxation, enjoy the jacuzzi and let it help you soothe away all the pain and stress of daily life in the city.
How To Reach
By Air: The nearest International Airport is Delhi, and 300km away. The nearest Domestic Airport is Pantnagar, only 50km away.
By Train: To get to the Corbett National Park, the nearest railway station is Ramnagar. Convenient trains from Delhi are the Uttarakhand Sampark Kranti and the Ranikhet Express.
By Road: The Corbett Park is well connected by road. From Delhi, NH 24 is the route to take. It is 13 km from Kashipur, half way to Ramnagar.
