The most exhaustive part about going to USA is the plane journey. There's nothing but sitting and sitting for around 14hours. But once you get there ,oh! It's more than worth it. Less population, huge acres of thick forests and greenery , skyscrapers, night lights, blue beaches, the cool climate & the sharp rays of sun, everything was too picturesque...
It was an open Safari and spread onto many acres . We drove around in our own cars. The animals were freely roaming about in the area. It was just so beautiful to look at the animals in their own world.
As the end of the vacay approached the last place I visited was Toronto. I just went to the famous Ripley's Aquarium and explored around the city for a bit. After spending a day at my cousin's place I flew back to india.
After landing in "The motor City", I went to our cousin's place and spent almost a week there. It was mostly family time, but I did visit the Ford motor factory there & the cars were amazing.(just pure metal!)
There was also a very huge museum just adjacent to the manufacturing unit. From the cars made exclusively for the presidents to the rubber burning race cars, everything was there, I had to just look around the whole place until my legs gave up!
I had lunch at a small retro inn with all the flashy neon lights , present inside the museum itself (the burger there was so damn delicious).
The next part of the vacay, I head towards Washington D.C. The drive from Michigan to DC was awesome. It was a gloomy day ,spring time with the sunshine escaping the dense clouds and the road was just never ending with some music..
Washington DC is a very a historical and a place with great political importance. I hit all the popular spots in DC , and just walked around from one site to the other like a nomad.
Now comes the best part of the vacay , it was finally party time... I was on the plane to Florida! The place was just so colourful , it was spring break time & everywhere i looked people were partying.
I went to the universal studios there & I never saw so many people at one single place. It was spread in a huge area and yet too crowded. My favourite was the Hogwarts backalley and the dragon there looked so real!
In the evening I went to the Walt Disney resort, had some good burritos there. It is a must visit place. The place was just so alive. Everyone came there with one motive , TO ENJOY!!
I aslo visited the nasa facility in Orlando. It was filled with spaceprobes , robots , rocket launching areas , huge rocket building construction sites and the best part Space X manufacturing unit!
Next stop was miami . The place had a different vibe compared to the other cities. The sea water was so blue and literally shining! It was really peaceful.
At night , whole scenario changed there was loud music ,people were just drinking away and getting wasted.(The Cuban food in miami is to die for!)
Later in the vacay, I headed to Newyork city! (my favourite place of all). New york cannot be described in words. Mornings were cold , windy with the skyscrapers blocking the sunlight and the nights were just lit up . I saw people from almost all parts of the world walking around in newyork. The place is just so diverse and one of the busiest cities in the world. Newyork stole my heart!
After new york , I ended up in Canada to see the Niagara falls. The Niagara falls is an absolute natural beauty. The huge amount of water falling from such a great height , forming literal rainbows on its way can change the weather of that area in a minute!
That's it from the land of freedom! CIAO:)
