In an unprecedented move, Disney Cruise Line is partnering with the Singapore Tourism Board to homeport the Disney Adventure exclusively in Singapore for a remarkable five-year adventure, commencing in 2025. Singapore's strategic location, world-class air connectivity, and top-notch port infrastructure make it the perfect gateway to Southeast Asia, a region adorned with over 40 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
This collaboration was officially announced by Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro and Singapore's Minister for Transport and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, S. Iswaran. The Memorandum of Understanding solidifies Singapore as the Disney Adventure's homeport, setting the stage for an enchanting maiden voyage. Further details about itineraries and onboard experiences will be unveiled at a later date.

The Disney Adventure, Disney Cruise Line's seventh ship, marks an exciting chapter in the company's centennial year. With Singapore as its year-round launching pad, this ship is poised to bring a sprinkle of Disney magic to Southeast Asia, enchanting visitors and locals alike.
Setting Sail with Disney Adventure: Key Details
Singapore Tourism Board's Chief Executive, Keith Tan, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, anticipating significant economic benefits as the new ship boosts tourism and local businesses.
The Disney Adventure will cater to all ages, offering dedicated spaces and activities featuring beloved characters like Captain Mickey Mouse, Captain Minnie Mouse, Disney Princesses, Marvel Super Heroes, and more. This 208,000-gross-ton ship is set to accommodate approximately 6,000 passengers and 2,300 crew members, and it's expected to lead the industry by running on green methanol, one of the most environmentally friendly fuels available.
Construction of this magnificent vessel is underway at the MV Werften shipyard in Wismar, Germany, under the expertise of Meyer Werft, the same company responsible for the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and two additional Wish-class ships.
