No Matter where all you have been, there are places yet to See

We started with Istanbul and believe me or not we did not want to leave the Place. Be it Hagia Sophia,Grand Bazaar,morning run along Bosphorus, Night cruise with the belly dance on Bosphorus, unwinding back alleys or numerous historic places we left bit of our hearts everywhere.

Next stop was Budapest and it was like a fairy tale. We took the bus from airport to city centre and as winters could look like, the outskirts looked gloomy to us and wondering whether we made a wrong choice of place we entered underground tunnel and as we moved out with mouth wide open in delight with the sight of the beautiful yet cute city. Yes, it was cute...with model, sketches, artifacts, paintings along the roads. And as Christmas was round the corner, the markets and lights added to its glamour.

Next train ride was to Vienna and it is a well known fact that it is the Paradigm of art and culture which its street-scapes and imperial palaces ooze out at every step. Vienna's artistic and musical masterpieces , its coffee-house culture and vibrant scenes are enough to lift anyone up high.

And then comes Prague, "the City of a Hundred Spires" known for the Baroque buildings , Gothic churches, Charles Bridge its the city of Dreams. Sitting atop steep hill, Prague Castle is overlooking the city, the old Jewish Cemetery, powder tower and its significance and the red rooftops amaze you as you take every step.

Last Stop which we specifically chose for welcoming the new year Venice. And yes the city of love,group of 118 Islands separated or connected as you see through Canals. St Mark's Square, St Mark's Basilica, Rialto Bridge, Gondola Ride and the surprising history of humankind how people of Venice lived, connected, communicated and marked their paths in history. But dont miss the ride to Murano and Burano Islands, I bet you wont find more sparkling and colourful towns anywhwere.
