Itinerary
  • Welcome! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.

  • In the morning, we’ll enjoy a panoramic city tour with a local guide of the Danish capital, known for its exceptional quality of life, commitment to sustainability and rich cultural life. We’ll see The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn harbor with its colorful historic buildings, the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish royal family, the Town Hall Square, and the Tivoli Park area. You’ll also have free time to explore at your leisure.

  • We’ll depart and head towards Elsinore, the city of Hamlet, where the majestic Kronborg Castle stands. We’ll then take a short ferry ride to Sweden, which will take about 20 minutes. We’ll travel through beautiful landscapes featuring large lakes and lush forests until we reach Jönköping, a modern, small city located beside a large lake, where you’ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch. Our journey will continue to Vadstena, a picturesque town by the lake known for its old houses and a grand 14th-century castle that was converted into a monastery. We’ll continue to Stockholm, in the capital of Sweden, arriving in the evening.
  • This beautiful city, set in the Baltic Sea archipelago, is connected by numerous bridges and ferries. Known for its rich history, impressive architecture, and perfect blend of modernity and tradition, Stockholm promises a unique and captivating experience.

  • After breakfast with a local guide we will have a city tour of this beautiful capital of 14 islands linked together, where water is present everywhere. We will visit Gamla Stan or “City between the Bridges”, the old town of the city full of life, where many of the monumental buildings are located, such as the Nobel Museum next to the Main Square or Stortorget, which honors the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral or the Royal Palace. We can have a nice view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Free time afterwards. Around 16:00 hrs. we will leave for the northwest of Sweden. Pleasant landscapes of hills, agricultural lands, small towns and lakes on our way. MORA, arrival in the evening to this small city, located between two lakes, where Gustav I of Sweden gained support of the population in 1521 to fight against the Danes, who had invaded the country.

  • We’ll depart early for Norway, traveling through vast forests, lakes, and mountains. Our first stop will be Funäsdalen, a popular ski resort. From there, we’ll continue to Røros, where we’ll have time for lunch and to explore this historic mining town, a World Heritage Site and one of the most picturesque towns in Norway. Highlights include its charming historic center, the old miners´ houses, and a museum dedicated to the town’s old foundry. Our journey will then take us to Trondheim, located in the central coastal region of Norway. As the third largest city in the country, Trondheim boasts a rich history dating back to the Viking era and served as the capital of Norway during the Middle Ages. Highlights include its 11th-century cathedral and the iconic old bridge over the canal. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy Trondheim’s vibrant nightlife and its wide selection of restaurants.

  • After some time exploring the heart of Trondheim, we’ll continue our journey. Today, we’ll take in stunning views of the coastline and fjords along the Norwegian Sea. We’ll cross one of these fjords by ferry before arriving in Kristiansund, a city celebrated for its beautiful natural surroundings. Traditionally a fishing hub, Kristiansund is spread across several islands connected by bridges and embankments, giving the city its unique character. The charming city center features cobblestone streets, shops, restaurants and cafes. We’ll have time to stroll around and enjoy lunch here. Later, we’ll travel through scenic landscapes to visit the Kvernes Stave Church (admission included), a 14th-century treasure that houses an incredible 300-year-old ship model and altarpieces dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Our route will then take us along the famous Atlantic Road, often considered the most beautiful stretch of road by the ocean in Norway. This spectacular drive crosses eight bridges that connect various islands. At times, the ocean’s swell crashes against the coast, heightening the dramatic beauty of the scenery. We’ll stop at one of the viewpoints to soak in the views before continuing to Molde, where we’ll arrive by evening. This vibrant town, nestled along its fjord, is a regular docking point for cruise ships.

  • We’ll experience a day of breathtaking beauty, with World Heritage Site fjords, glaciers, and picturesque towns along our route. Our adventure will begin with a ferry crossing of the Romsdal Fjord, a 50-minute journey through stunning landscapes. From there, we’ll ascend into the snowy mountains, and then descend towards the stunning Storfjorden, where even more breathtaking views await. Another ferry ride (30 minutes) will take us past snow-capped peaks to the Eagle Viewpoint, overlooking the Geiranger Fjord, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Norway. Next, we’ll arrive in Geiranger, home to a fjord that has been designated a World Heritage Site. This area is considered one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. You’ll have free time to explore—perhaps take a boat ride along the fjord, stroll beside the waterfalls that flow into the town, or relax in the village. After lunch, we’ll continue through impressive mountain landscapes and fjords. Our next stop will be Briksdalsbreen, an awe-inspiring glacier set in a stunning natural location. There will be time to hike from the base to the glacier, either on foot or by electric vehicle (optional). Dinner will be included, and we’ll spend the night in Loen, a charming town by the fjord. Here, you can ride one of the steepest cable cars in the world, which takes you from the fjord to over 1,000 meters above sea level.

  • We’ll set off early, with just under 300 km of breathtaking scenery between us and Bergen. Our journey will follow the fjord shores, cross mountains, and include a scenic ferry ride. We’ll arrive in Bergen around lunchtime, where we’ve arranged a cable car ride up Fløyen Mountain for stunning views over the city. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore Norway’s second-largest city, known for its rich history, vibrant cultural life, and spectacular natural surroundings. Take a stroll through Bryggen, the historic dock district with its brightly colored wooden buildings, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you’d like, you can also visit the Aquarium or the bustling fish market with its array of small restaurants.

  • We’ll leave Bergen early and travel into the heart of Norway. Our journey will take us across the impressive suspension bridge over the Hardanger Fjord, one of the most beautiful in the country. We’ll stop in Eidfjord, a charming town on the fjord’s edge. Next, we’ll visit Voringsfossen, considered Norway’s most spectacular waterfall, with an awe-inspiring 182-meter drop. We’ll explore the viewpoints and bridges that offer stunning scenery of the falls. Afterward, we’ll continue through breathtaking landscapes of desolate, cold high plateaus, dotted with small lakes—frozen most of the year—and snowfields, leading us to Geilo, a popular ski resort town where we’ll stop for lunch. Following lunch, we’ll continue our journey toward Oslo, arriving in the evening. Once in Oslo, we recommend exploring its lively city center, strolling through the historic harbor, and heading up to the rooftop terrace of the modern Opera House.

  • In the morning, we’ll go on a panoramic tour of Oslo, the capital of Norway, known as Europe’s green capital and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. With our local guide, we’ll pass by the Royal Palace, stop at Frogner Park to admire its impressive sculpture collection, and see the exterior of the Town Hall, the old port, and the new Opera House. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. You might choose to visit one of the city’s popular museums.
  • After lunch, we’ll board a modern night ferry, which offers the comforts of a cruise ship, and set sail across the sea to Denmark. We’ll spend the afternoon and night on board, with accommodation in cabins and breakfast included.
  • Note: The ferry is scheduled to depart at 3:00 p.m. (boarding at 2:00 p.m.) and arrive in Copenhagen at 10:00 a.m. Ferry schedules are subject to change.

1. General Terms

- All services, such as airline seats, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, etc., for group tours are pre-booked well in advance. The Company is liable to pay suppliers and vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering these services to you. Therefore, if you or any member of your group cancels the booking for any reason, written notification must be provided to the Company during office hours on working days.

- If the booking form is signed or accepted by OTP by one or more persons on behalf of a group, communication from the signatories will be treated as valid notice of cancellation for all persons mentioned in the form. The notice period for cancellation will begin only when the written request is received by the Company.

- Cancellations are subject to fees or forfeiture, which vary based on the date of booking, date of cancellation, and the package selected. The cancellation charges apply whether the cancellation occurs by your choice or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

- The booking amount will be applicable for cancellations of files with undecided departure dates.

- Specific cancellation terms apply for passengers traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, America, and Europe.

- In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost will be forfeited upon cancellation, regardless of timing.

- The Company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in case of any cancellations.

- Cancellation charges will be determined based on the date the Company receives the written communication.

- All cancellations are non-transferable and cannot be applied toward future bookings or tours.

- The Company reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour prior to departure due to insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, events beyond our control, or any other reason. In such cases, we will offer alternate travel dates or issue a full refund in the Company’s local currency. No additional compensation will be provided. The Company will not be responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses due to cancellations, such as loss of earnings, missed connecting flights, accommodations, airport transfers, visas, fees, vaccinations, or other related services.

4. Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection

- All travelers are required to possess a valid visa. It is the client's responsibility to complete the visa application process independently and in advance of travel dates. The Company is not responsible for visa rejection due to incomplete or delayed submissions by the client.

- If a consulate requires a personal interview, attendance is mandatory and at the discretion of the consulate. In cases of visa rejection:

- Written notification of the visa rejection must be submitted to the Company before the departure date.

- Cancellation charges will be applied based on the date the Company receives this notification.

- If a client chooses to reapply for the visa, any additional fees must be borne by the client.

- The Company shall not be held liable if immigration authorities deny the client’s entry or exit from any country.

5. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed in the Company’s local currency unless otherwise specified.

- In addition to cancellation fees, any non-refundable deposits or fees paid to third-- party suppliers will also be borne by the client.

- The Company will not be responsible for any costs related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not booked directly through the Company.

- This policy is subject to change at the Company’s sole discretion. For further details, please contact your booking office.

60 days or more before date of departure : 30% of total cost

45 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

21 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Any flight tickets issued under non-refundable fares will be charged 100% in addition to the slab rates at the time of booking/issuance.

Any other components that are under 100% cancelltation or non-refundable, will be taken in account over & above the mentioned slab rate.
