DUBAI- More than a desert

Tripoto

The beauty about Dubai is that it's growing with each passing day. It changes with a blink of an eye. One day where you see nothing but sand dunes, the other day, at the same place you will see the worlds tallest building.

What makes Dubai special is not only the world record it keeps on making but the city lights, how every festival is made with equal enthusiasm and most importantly how safe that place is for women.

For Dubai, I would suggest a 7 Days trip.

Day 1 would include your flight and your visit to Burj Khalifa at night, the view from 124th floor which is aprox 1483ft above the land shows how beautiful the city is.

The next day can include JBR(Jumeriah Beach Residence), a day at this beautiful beach followed by a visit to BlueWaters Islands which is just across the beach. Here you will see another beauty or rather another world record created by Dubai, The Dubai Eye, a 210 meter high observation wheel is the largest and the highest in the world, providing a 360- degree view of the city and the coastline. On the way back home you can take a ferry ride from Dubai Marina, covering almost all the biggies of Dubai.

On day 3, start your day by visiting Miracle Garden. The garden is  world's largest natural flower garden. The garden is open till the month of March and reopens in winters. Post visit the garden you can make a visit to IMG world of adventure. The amusement park is divided in 5 zones and features roller coasters, thrill rides based on marvel superheroes, cartoon networks etc.  Post this you can head to Al Seef Village. Al seef is spread over an area of 1.8km and is a showcase of Dubai's distinct heritage and much- loved creek.

Day 4, can start with a visit to Burjh Al Arab. Leave early so that you can start with desert safari, followed by belly dance and dinner.

Day 5, Start your day by visiting La Mer, a beautiful beach in Dubai with beautiful wall arts, in the evening stop by Dubai Frame, which holds the record of largest Frame in the world. At a height of 150 meter, on the left side you see the old dubai and on the right side you will see the new dubai. The Dubai frame includes technology of today's time like a smart glass.

Day 6, Visit the Dubai Mall, the second largest mall in the world. Apart from shopping, you can visit Dubai Aquarium and Dubai Ice Rink. By 5Pm brace yourself for the wonderful fountain show and have dinner by the Burj Khalifa.

Day 7, visit malls like Mall of Emirates, Madinat Jumeriah, followed by the famous gold road, the Gold Souk Dubai. Other areas that can be covered are Dubai Canal, Dubai Opera, Dubai Glow Garden.

The best time to visit Dubai is from December last week, which also marks the start of Dubai Shopping Festival till March and April.

You can include Abu Dhabi in your itinerary if you have 2 days extra, where you can cover, Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Ferrari World.
