Parasailing is a very prevelant and sought after water sports all over the globe. Most of the beaches in Goa has the option of parasailing to try upon, however the one at Dona Paula stands out!And the reason being- you get to fly from a boat! Puzzling right?
Dona Paula is a rocky beach. We booked a private boat there. So once you hop onto your ride, you are taken to the middle of the sea. The ride itself is so fullfiling.and then once you are pretty far away from the shore,that is when the real fun starts!
This was a family trip. I was with my dad and mom. And we decided that all three of us would be sailing high in the sky! Missing out on such a experience would have been like commiting a sin!I was the first one to sail. That's me (in pic) getting ready to fly!
Now here's the fun part. In most cases you have to run on the beach before you take off,however here since you are on a boat so all you do is just bend your knees and just let the wind take you high above in the sky!

Just wow. The view and the happiness on mum's face makes this frame -Priceless.
This was by far the best parasailing experience that I ever had! It was worth every penny. Once we were back from the sea we decided to unwind and relax at a shack nearby the Dona Paula View Point.
