Day 1
This part of Dharwad district, KARNATAKA falls under semi evergreen patches of western Ghats. People are not yet fully accessible to all the contemporary technology and facilities. Such things make a deep story. While our visit to this part,i tried to capture few of their emotions that could narrate stories.
Kalkeri lies 11km North East to Dharwad. Has lush green forests around and a watch tower atop the hill.
Winters are good to visit.
Bikes and cars can be driven, roads are not that bad though.
