Story behind this picture

I believe that many traveling stories were never revealed and it's just there in the memories. So I have decided that let me tell those interesting stories to entertain the people who are interested in traveling.

The story starts with the trekking scenes, we started the trekking from the Lakkadmandi(our base camp). Our base camp was located approximately 3 km away from the Lakkadmandi, we call it Kala top base camp. We were very excited about trekking, we started trekking from Kalatop to the Dainkund(highest peak of Dalhousie ) in the morning approx 9 am.

But trekking on the slope is very difficult and that also with the rucksack(carry bag). As we started the trekking we were feeling very tired. But as we saw the snow we became mad like we got something which we had never seen, our whole tiredness gone. At that point, I came to know tiredness was in mind not on the body.

The snow was slippery, we cannot walk the way we walk on the road, we fall many times and even enjoyed it. There is a trick to walk on the snow, just move the shoes forcefully inside the snow and make a place where you will make a flat surface and you will get a good grip to walk on the snow. Now back to the story.

Now as you all can see in the picture there was one line of the trekking, they all are going in one particular line. As there is a common nature of the human, they always search for the shortcuts. I did the same mistake. In search of the shortcut I had changed my way and went in a different direction. As I told you it is difficult to walk in the snow and it is very difficult when there is a slope. Hence I was alone going on a different trek where there was no grip but somehow i managed to climb the peak but at last, when I was just going to climb the snow trek, my leg slipped and I got hung up with the support of the tree branches. I started shouting "help help" as down there was a valley, if the branches break, I would have gone. Then at the end, there were some friends walking on the road, they saw me. they gave me the hand and pushed me up. At last, I felt relaxed. But that moment was memorable. I can say that was the first adventure trek I had done of Dainkund which was at 9000 feet from the sea level
