Vietnam Voyage: A Journey Through Charm and Culture

Tripoto

In recent years ,Vietnam has become one of the major attractions in Asia for tourists all over the world especially for Indians because of its history, culture , party pulse , landscapes and most importantly pocket-friendliness.

It is a country whose major economy is based on tourism and they surely treat it as that.

As a curious traveler , Vietnam was my solo trip which turned into this beautiful adventure with crazy experiences where strangers became friends transforming my trip into memorable and cherished adventure

This 7 day trip was filled with unforgettable experiences from the bustling and lit streets of Hanoi to serenity of Ha Long bay.

Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City

Ho chi Minh city has a chaotic charm to it ,with its pleasant weather, bustling Ben Than market (where you can get first copies of almost everything at a very low rate), to street food ,a fashion show right in the middle of Saigon square and a lot of vibrance.

Day 2:Exploring Mekong and Cu chi tunnels

The main attraction of Ho Chi Minh would be Cu Chi tunnels which has such a rich historical importance for Vietnam and America. You will spend a great amount of time for this tour where you'll be shown a lot of remanence of war along with shooting range , tunnels , weapons , bunkers etc situated right in the middle of a forest.

In the night my friends , you need to go to Night Walking street which is like a dream for party lovers. Had so much fun there. The vibe here is unmatched .

Then Mekong delta tour which will be mostly multiple boat rides through canals and islands and a peaceful getaway.

Day 3: Arrival in Da Nang and exploring Hoi An

Da Nang is like a Maui escape but in Asia. This city is so serene, beautiful , peaceful where beach is just a walk away. The hotels here are really cheap and the weather is just blissful.

Hoi An is an ancient town which is also known for its lantern festival. Everywhere you look and every street you see looks like a beautiful lane filled with different lit lanterns which makes you feel you are in a different era along with a river in the middle to give a more aesthetic vibe. You can enjoy a boat ride here, along with variety of street food and bars to hangout and just let yourself relax and chill.

Day 4 :Trip to Ba Na Hills

Needless to say whenever someone hears Vietnam the first image that comes to their mind is of the Golden Hand bridge. Yes that's located on Ba Na Hills and man wasn't this a delightful day. You can reach Ba Na Hills only by cable cars and that ride is something else , you get a view of waterfalls flowing right beside you , a river flowing through a dense forest below and sometimes clouds almost leaving no sight to see. Truly a beautiful experience . After reaching there you can go to the golden hand bridge which is crowded most of the time but worth it. After that you can enjoy the epic fantasy park situated on this hill which has so many rides , roller coasters and just a fun day to live.

In the evening you can get a riverside cruise ride to relax and chill in Da Nang river

Day 5 :Discovering Hanoi

First and foremost , the weather was a huge shock to us who didnt expect it to be this cold. It was around 2degrees when we arrived in Hanoi , so make sure you keep this in mind.

Apart from this , Hanoi is such a charming city with its historical and cultural sights , narrow streets and super busy markets. One of the main attractions here is the train street where you can chill with your friends and spend time while watching a train a pass by (P.S the train timings are fixed so make sure you reach there accordingly).

You can also visit beer street which is known as party lane here.

Day 6,7-: Relaxing in Halong Bay

Ohh the breathtaking Halong Bay with its crystal blue water and chilly breeze and serenity. Embarking on a cruise journey which included 2 days and one night where we enjoyed ourselves in fun and games on the cruise along with Karaoke nights, fishing , ocean dipping. You get kayaking experience here and boating through the caves.

All in all an amazing way to close off the trip with serenity and relaxation. Additionally you can go on a sea plane ride to have a view from the sky of this beautiful landscape.
