Hello! This is a fantastic question, but one that is indeed very difficult to answer. Every region, every state in India is so diverse, that you could spend a month exploring it and still have a lot left to see. I think it's impossible to hail any particular state or city as the best, however, if you need some guidance, you can have a look at one of my articles

Whole India has different places to give you experience of different kind of places like sea, mountains, beaches, forest, plain land and many more. Talking about mountains you can always prefer Himanchal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Northeast. For beaches, Pondicherry, Goa and many more. I would say that India is such a diverse country that you can enjoy all kind of places.

I can not answer this even if you ask about just some state of india. it has hidden jewels every hundred kilometers. every place has its own culture and history and geography. please mention your interests😄 mountains or beaches?? culture or cosmopolitan cities?? calmness or wild??

When it comes to travelling, there are so many places in India which have their own distinguished feature. There are so many diverse locations from Icy mountains of Spiti to Rocky hills, from desert sand to glaciers, From Runn of Kutch to dense forests of Meghalaya, from Jog falls to Alleppey, from heritage site of Hampi to Beaches of Kerela, From Venice of India to Home of Bengal Tigers, from Bungee jumping of Rishikesh to Scuba diving in Andaman, from peace of Auroville to loud music of Titto's street., from calmness of Ganga to wild Zanskar. We have it all.
