January so that you can enjoy Winters with sunny days and cold nights. Moreover, you can also visit JLF , the global literature festival which is held every year in the month of January (22-26) dates may vary. So according to me this is the best time.

We lived in jaipur for 4 years. From personal experience, if you want to explore jaipur the best time will be September to November.
