You can visit any time between April to September but i would suggest you to avoid monsoon season as the high passes and some outskirt roads may face landslides and maybe avalanches. Plan between April & early June or in August after the monsoons.

April to June is an ideal time to visit Leh Ladakh which is called as summer months, blue skies are seen, peaks are visible and sun is out though not hot.

Ideal time to visit Ladakh is between May to June and Sept to Oct. Our favourite month is Sept just after the monsoons.
