You may try the following places 1. Thailand 2. Dubai 3. Egypt. The following are placed in order of increasing cost. Weather wise fantastic, you would be able to enjoy an awesome holiday. For European destination you may try 1. Italy 2. Spain 3. Portugal and other Mediterranean countries. In any case , you need to make advance bookings. Other places in europe might be a bit cheaper compared to the summer, but make up your mind to survive the harsh weather. I am planning Spain this december, so might be i can give you better idea after completion of my trip.
