Check first why they ate not letting you go and accordingly you prepare to convince them.
For example, if there is money related issue, then do some savings by yourself before asking them, if it is security related issues then choose some known place, go with friend or group that are reliable to them, and then slowly go by yourself in your next trips.

If you are doing Job then convince them by saying you have work tour, have to go. Otherwise Make your choice just like Deepika done in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.

First u can travel with them after try to understand them u make some trip with family first u have to believe u r self they will understand u can do that

It a very dificult thing to convince so start small trips solo first then show themthe amazing things outside . they will convice after sometime sure.

I would suggest you to first start going to places in and around your area and then slowly expanding the circle. Most parents are okay with one day trips where you are back by evening. I know you wont be able to go far with this restriction, but when you often go like that, they start feeling more confident. And then convincing them for an overnight trip will be much easier and so on. Hope this helps! :)

1. You should know what experience you will get once you step out for this adventure , once you have that straight it will be easy to convince with that passion in your ownself.
2. Tell your parents How it is safe (major concern for parents) and how it will bring joy to your life. Understand what variables they have in mind and try to objectify it and solve accordingly
3. Stay in touch with them and keep them close whole throughout your journey.

I think just tell them truth about your trip and how much you love it. every parent loves their children more than everybody in the world. They can sacrifice their whole life for their children. i think they will convince with you. in case they couldn't, then respect their wishes.

Prove your worth by taking responsibility so that your parents can understand that you have grown up and can take care of yourself if your go outside.
