Owing to the extremely chilly weather, Winter is least recommend for a trip to Kasol. Most roads leading to Kasol are blocked and the temperatures at this time of the year are freezing cold. Also, many of the places in Kasol are inaccessible during these winter months. It is the best season to visit Kasol as the weather in October and November is pleasant and not too cold. Tourists can enjoy village walks and spend time with their group in riverside cafes. Kasol weather in January, especially during snowfall in Kasol, dips below zero. Since the temperature in winters falls below 0 Degree Celsius, some good heavy woolens are recommended as the nights get colder and can go below -4 Degrees Celsius during this time.
