Pondicherry &gia both are best. If it's a short trip go for Pondicherry or else go Goa. Pondicherry is pocket friendly for sure.

Both area beaches only budget suitable at pondicherry. goa also good. but solo is too expensive rooms rate to 2 members so think it. check drometary type rooms
