Apart from the suggestions below, you could also think of Vietnam and Combodia which has a visa on arrival, and are really super economical places
try kanchanaburi in thailand! I did a 4 nighter a few years ago and i spent a total of 25k only All inclusive!!!!

So out of India you can plan for Sri Lanka, Nepal ,Bhutan and Vietnam that will cheaper .
