anyways as a travel youtuber i would say that if u wanna feel free,roam free talk freely to anyone u want make friends with anyone u like than goa is the place with no restrictions.
on the other hand kerala is beautiful plus its divine it has a lot a indian culture and traditions with it so definate u can visit kerala.
now its your choice and depends on your social personality.

Depends upon your interest of travel. Kerala have a different vibe and experience of culture, food and History and Goa have a different mood of clubbing, cycling, driving thar or bike or exploring new beaches.. Plan as per your bucket list and budget.

Goa if you want to booze and want chill vibes. Kerala if you want to relax with the nature and have some Kerala food. In Kerala beaches and mountains can be covered easily in 5 days
