Yes, Bali has a Visa on Arrival facility for Indian citizens. The preliminary validity of the visa (on arrival) is 30 days and it can be extended for next 30 days. It would cost you about USD $35 to get your visa. You need to make sure you have your flight details with you and have filled the immigration card properly. Also, carry your bank statement with you, as the officials at immigration may ask you to show them at the time of entry. If you plan to have a longer visit or need multiple entry visas for tourist or business purpose, you will need to apply for the same at the Indonesian Embassy for a temporary stay permit. This can be valid for about 60 days for a business visa and 1 year for multiple entry visas. You should make sure that your passport is valid for minimum 6 months to have the visa application approved.
