Prashar lake trek, bhrigu lake trek, nag tibba trek + 1 day for exploring rishikesh. for city travel shimla is a great option.

You can visit Udaipur/Mount Abu or Jodhpur or Jaisalmer in the given 5 days. There overnight trains from Delhi.

For five days you can explore Delhi->Shimla-> Narkanda -> Chitkul -> Sangla -> Narkanda -> delhi. Spiti is quite difficult to go to and fro.
