Andamans!! It's very much affordable and more exotic than Goa if it's on your list.

1) North East or Gangtok..These places are serene and best for honeymoon. the locals are very friendly. 2) Rajasthan (Udaipur and Jaisalmer) but before March.

You can always go to Andaman, within a decent budget. If your budget won't allow you andaman, try visiting Auli, you'll be amazed to see the white everywhere but it'll also be very cool. Other options can be Goa/Ooty/Gokarna/Manali/Northeast etc.
