It was a short break from Delhi's hot weather. We plan 3 night package - 2 for Munnar & 1 for Alleppey.
Total cost 40000 for 2 person, includes - Return Flight ticket + 4 days Cab + 2 Night Hotel at Munnar with breakfast + 1 Night Houseboat at Alleppey with 3 meals + City tour
Day 1 Munnar -
We reach Kochin via morning flight & from there directly proceed to Munnar via Cab.
It's around 100 km journey which takes around 3 hours.
In b/w some photo spots are there - water fall, spice garden (don't purchase here as it's costly), and river bathing on Elephant by his trunk (shundh).
We reached hotel by noon.
Hotel - Spice Jungle Resort - a real value for money hotel. It's located in b/w a spice garden. It's a budget hotel but a good family place. They provide Jeep to come to road as it's on the downside of the hill & small vehicle can't reach here.
After freshenup, in evening we went to see the traditional Martial art and Kadhakali at 'Punarjani'. It's a must watch show at Munnar. 2Hours show.
That's all for 1st day.
Day 2 Munnar -
Today we spend half day in amusement park in Munnar - Dreamland Adventure.
Then we proceed to city tour includes -
1. Tea Garden & factory visit (can shop Tea from various option at factory outlet, price is Good).
2. Spend some time at beautiful Munnar Lake.
3. City Market for shopping. Variety of spices at very cheap rate is available in local market. Kerala is famous for spices. If you need shopkeeper can provide you contact details on which you can place order from your home also. They will courier the best quality spice to your home. Coconut oil is also a buyable item here.
4. Dinner at local Munnar Hotel - Kerala paratha is must try with Kerala style chicken & fish.

Day 3 - Alleppey
Today after heavy breakfast at hotel we proceed to Alleppey where a Houseboat is waiting for us.
Alleppey is a city located on backwater of Sea. It's best known for houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of tranquil canals and lagoons.
From Munnar its 152 Km & take 4-5 hours to reach.
We had pre-booked the Houseboat - it's a 3 bedroom houseboat with all amenities like - AC, attached washroom, Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast.
It was an amazing experience to live in a Houseboat which cruise all over the river.
In evening it stop on bank - if you are interested you can go for shopping in the Alleppey city.
Today was our last day. After breakfast we move ahead for Cochin.
We have a half day city tour of Cochin and in evening we take the flight to Home with lots of memories.
It's a great experience in Nature's blanket.
Must do activity - Tea Garden visit, Martial art & Kadhakali show, Spice shopping, Kerala food at local hotel, Alleppey House boat.
