As a nature lover and adventure seeker, I was thrilled to hear about the Raindrop Boat House in Mudaliarkuppam, Tamil Nadu, as a nature enthusiast and adventurer. It claimed to be the ideal getaway from the city's noise and bustle and was only an hour's drive from Chennai. The boat house was rumoured to provide kayaking, and I knew I wanted to check it out for myself.
I left in the afternoon from Thiruvanmiyur, got a shared taxi for Rs. 150 per person, and arrived to the boat house in 2 hours. I purchased a kayaking ticket. they also offer a variety of additional activities
As the sun began to set, the sky took on a golden-orange hue, and the water sparkled with the reflection of the colorful sky. The stillness of the water created a mirror-like effect, and I felt like I was paddling through a dream. The experience was truly magical, and I couldn't believe how lucky I was to witness such a beautiful sunset from my kayak.
