Unforgettable Snow Experience: From Disappointment to Delight

I went to Chandigarh with my uncle and aunt. We had a day or two to explore around. I asked my uncle, "Can we go to Shimla? I want to witness snow as I have never seen it before." So, we went, but unfortunately, there was no snow there. I felt a little sad. But our driver was pretty knowledgeable. He told us to go to Kufri because there is snow. So we went ahead, but it was too late, and there were no views to witness. Even all the food joints were closed. We were so hungry.

Finally, we found a nice joint that was about to close. There weren't many options, but we ate there. It wasn't up to the mark, so I was disappointed with the whole experience. I was thinking we should have explored Chandigarh more instead. After that, we went to our hotel and slept. It was quite cold, so we went straight to bed.

At the crack of dawn, my uncle woke me up. I was grumpy and asked him why he was waking me up so early. He just told me to come with him to the balcony. He had made coffee for us.

When I looked out from the balcony, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was like something out of a dream. The sun was about to come up, and the ambiance was nice. The sky was spectacular, with beautiful blue and pink lights, and the pine trees looked like a nice painting. When the sunrise began hitting the snow, it started shining like diamonds. It was such a magical view that I can never forget. It seemed like time had stopped. Everything looked just perfect. The sun was shining bright, the sky looked magnificent, the pine trees gave scenic views, and the snow looked like pearls.

We stayed there for ages, just taking it all in.. It was just so satisfying, like God himself arranged it for us. Then, we went downstairs and had a nice breakfast at the hotel, which was complimentary. And then, we went out. It was the first time I held snow in my hands. We played a snow fight with each other and enjoyed skiing, or let me rephrase, tried to learn and fell many times during skiing. There were many other games and adventures. We also tried the zip line, and although it looked scary, it was safe, and the views were spectacular.

Despite the rocky start, my first snow experience turned out to be unforgettable. It's something I'll always treasure in my heart.
