This trip was a family trip to Amritsar.
We all reached Chandigarh Railway Station and took our train to Amritsar.
We reached before time so we clicked a family selfie there 📸
While we were in train, we had lot of fun making boomerangs, munching on snacks and what not.
We reached Amritsar at around 9pm and we took a lot of time to find a suitable place to stay.
We were almost about to settle at a place but when we reached, it seemed shady and it was very far away from the main market.
So we stayed for an hour in the main precincts of the golden temple and kept our luggage by our side.
Till then my parents went to check out a few hotels.
It was approx. 1:30 am at night when we finalized a hotel room, after much negotiations.
We all settled down immediately there and then went to have Langar.👐
Later we walked through the precincts of The temple and here is the glimpse. 😻

We all got ready this morning and had our breakfast in a nearby mini shop.
We had tea and fritters 😻🙈 and then headed towards the temple.
We all stood in separate lines and waited for our turn so that we can visit and have peaceful darshan. 👐🎉
After an hour, our turn came and we prayed🥰
I noticed the people there, the hygiene they maintained at every step was commendable.👐👏
We all visited the whole area and had the delicious prashad 😋😋
Later before leaving the precincts, we clicked more pictures in the day time.
After that we headed towards tha Jallianwala Bagh which was at walking distance from the temple.
Then we were looking for some conveyance so that we can visit few more places.
After few minutes we found a conveyance in reasonable rates which took is to Vaishno Mata Mandir (photography wasn't allowed bit we managed to click some outside the mandir )and on the way to the mandir, as they promised us, they made us have that delicious Lassi, as they stated. And it was actually good one. 🥰
We took some snacks from a nearby shop amd headed towards the Wagah border for the evening parade show 👐
The show was scheduled at 5:30 pm
Mere sitting there filled all of us with so much enthusiasm and that patriotic feel I couldn't even explain.🤭
Even we spotted people from Pakistan who were on the other side of the border who came to see the parade.
While dispersing, my cousin got missed 🤭😆 but later we found him.
Also, There's a no network zone so you won't be able to call anyone 😉
Later that evening we were back in our hotel rooms and we got freshenup and went out for shopping and dinner.
Although we didn't buy something.. it was just window shopping 🤭😆
We nearby looked for some place to have our dinner and we found a dhaba where we had Chole kulche and I guess on that night we had Barf ka Gola ☺️
That night we rested for a while becausy we had our early morning train at 5 am.
