Balamuri falls

Balamuri falls is one of the mood spoiling place i have ever visited
It is located inbetween Bangalore and Mysore people of Bangalore and tourists of Mysore prefer to visit this place often just because it has got too much hype by the people of Bangalore who visit this place frequently, most of the times on weekends just because its  too near to Bangalore and they will get time to spend with family and friends on Saturday and sunday, and somehow it got added to the list of most popular tourist places around Bangalore or Mysore and which has easy road connectivity else you type on google to suggest for one day trips around Bangalore it will be there but when with the same excitement you go there and see you will feel fed-up
Because its not any falls its just an check dam kind of thing built across the river for storing water which over flows all the time just because its less height dam the water which flows above the dam people call it as falls, and second thing is it will be crowded everytime you go there there wont be any place to park your car you cant enjoy there just because of too much crowd, its is just for the one who likes playing in water nothing else there is no falls kind of thing there, just because water overflows it doesn't becomes waterfalls, gaganachukki and bharachukki falls is much better than this place around Bangalore if you are seriously looking for water falls though they are little bit far but they are worth visiting, if you are still want to visit places on the same direction then i suggest visiting shreerang pattana, dariya doulat, chamundi hills, Mysore zoo, Mysore palace and KRS dam are much more better place than this balamuri falls, the food available there is of worst quality and the people who loves eating fish n go there to have fish i personally suggest them not to try any fish items because you are not gonna like that at any cost once when we had visited there my friend took a fish fry and he had to throw it after eating hardly 2-3 bites of it and we felt like it was totally a waste of money and a day, this is the reason i feel like it is a most over rated place i have ever visited in my life and felt bad for taking decision of visiting that place and dont want to recommend anybody to visit there
