1. Brahmin's Cafe

Any blog on south indian food would be incomplete if it doesn't includes the name of Brahmin's. Its a small shop type located in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. With a limited menu consisting of idli, vada, chutney and filter coffee, it is able to attract hundreds of customers every day.On the bucket list of every foodie, people stand and eat as there is no seating place. Idlis are soft and vadas are crispy. Meal for two :Rs.100

2. Taza Thindi

Once fine morning, I decided to try new idli joint and while scrolling through the sites i saw the rating of Tazza Thindi as 4.9 out of 5.I was stunned and decided visit the joint and experience the reason for the same. Full rush, people one over the another and so much hush hush, i was astonished to see the crowd.After parking, I straight went and stand in the que. After getting in small plate along with chutney , i stood by ATM next to joint and started eating. The very first bite and i got the answer for such rating. Softness in idli cannot be explained. GO GUYS AND TRY... TRY KARKE HI TOH PTA CHALTA HAI :)))))))

3. MTR

Serving since 1924. Mavalli Tiifin Room is one of Bangalore's oldest and most well known restaurants.Being legendary and the fine taste of Rava Idli and dosas served with ghee will make you so much content and satisfied because its equally the value for money . This south Indian popular eatery will surely not disappoint you.

4. Adigas

Adigas is a local food chain having outlets spread all over bengaluru.Though there are many dishes to try and die for but their authentic idli is best among the rest.Idli is served with sambhar and chutney ( which is a mix of green chutney and white chutney )

5. CTR

Another old favourite is CTR- Central Tiffin Room and the oldest breakfast place in bengaluru. Two idlis will cost you Rs. 20... :) NOT BAD The place is equally famous for its masala dosas with butter and non butter types.The place is ancient in looks with ancient taste in food as well . Try karne mein kya jata hai :)))))))))
