Strictly no refunds will be provided in case of no show and any unutilized portion of the package.
Note: Passengers with heart conditions, motion sickness, back problems and other physical limitations such as epilepsy and vertigo are not allowed to ride on Luge and Sky ride.
Pregnant women are not allowed to join this activity.
Only participants over 3 ft 7 inches of height are allowed to ride the Luge alone.
Only participants over 4 ft 5 inches of height are allowed to ride the Sky ride alone.
Adults must accompany riders of height from 2 ft 9 inches to 3 ft 7 inches.
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the information in writing.
If the package is cancelled 45 days before the travel date, 10% cancellation charges will be applicable.
If the package is cancelled 15 days before the travel date, 25% of the tour/service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled 10 days before the travel date, 50% of the tour/service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled 72 hours before the travel date or in case of 'no show', no refunds will be applicable.
