The Central government has proposed a plan to run a bullet train from Delhi to Ayodhya to put Ayodhya on the international tourism map.
Pollution is a serious issue in today's globe. However, with the advancement of new technology, we hope to eliminate this problem. To address this serious issue, new inventions are on the way. Hybrid autos, electric scooters, and other electric machinery have previously been introduced. The smoke from today's autos and buses contributes significantly to pollution.
What's in house for the passengers.
As per recent updates, the ministry of railways plans to begin a multi-billion-dollar project to run a bullet train service between Ayodhya and New Delhi, shortening travel time to three hours and laying a specific track for a high-speed running train, in order to put Ayodhya on the world tourism map.
1. Longer distances of travel can be covered in a short span.
2. Travel in luxury, with all the modern technologies that shall be used.
3. The ticket prices shall be almost equivalent to that of travelling by flight.
Why does India need a bullet train facility?
1. High-speed accessibility: Because India is such a large country, it has become necessary to travel at a faster pace. While air transportation can meet such demands, its capacity simply cannot compete with that of the railways.
2. Reduce Rail Pressure: India's traditional railways are far behind in expanding, accelerating and modernizing their infrastructure and services. There is an urgent need to separate your passenger transportation business from your freight business. With the arrival of bullet trains, the pressure on the railroad will decrease.
3. Environmental efficiency: In the context of increasing concerns about environmental pollution and fossil fuel degradation, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly high-speed electric trains emit one-eighth and one-fifth of the carbon dioxide per passenger-kilometre of cars and aeroplanes, respectively.
By when will the project be ready for us to hop us on for a ride?
"Once we receive the certificate of no objection from the AAI, the National High-Speed Rail Company will start working. It will take seven years to complete the project," as per official reports.
