Ayodhya Hills ("ajodhya pahadh" in Bengali ) located in Purulia district in West Bengal.
This place is basically surrounded by small hills all over. These hills are the easternmost part of the Chhotanagpur Plateau and an extension of the Eastern Ghats. The highest peak of Ayodhya Hills is Chamtaburu (712 mts).
A lake located in the area is named as Sita Kund which has a mythological story!!
