Pondicherry in a day- We took off from Bangalore at night in a private AC bus. The journey was soothing. We reached our destination at 5:40 and directly headed to the Puducherry Beach! Oh my love, what a sunrise that was. Walking around the beach, we checked on the fishermen, how they were fishing and the fishes. Next we headed towards the Fisher Market, rented two wheelers for 350 per day and roamed around the town. Paradise beach was next on our list. As the name suggests, that was a pure bliss, PARADISE! Went into the ocean, the water was salty. Better use suncream! Next we headed towards a good veg food joint. The food was decent at Ananda Bhavan near the rock beach. We were on the way to Auroville, when we spotted the Indian Coffee House! What a cold coffee man! Made by day. Auroville was quite good. Amazing greenery. We returned to the town and gave back our bikes and sat at the famous Le Cafe. Coffee and burger. Walked around the french colony. And finally sat near the beach. Calm and serene. That was Pondicherry in a day :)
