First day in Pondicherry. Pondicherry also known as Puducherry. If you are a beach person then Pondicherry is the best place for you. We took scooty for rent because it will be easy to travel for us when ever we want and wherever we want.People can spend 4 days in Pondicherry and visit all the places in Pondicherry. We went to rock beach and French colony.The beach is cool n peaceful during night. You will get alot of things to eat. French colony buildings are colourful and one can get really good picture from this place.
Second day
Serenity beach. Serenity beach is on the way to auroville. People are not allowed to stay for late night in this beach. It is peaceful during weekdays. The sunrise in Pondicherry are the best. If u like a beach with very few people around then you need to visit this beach without fail on weekdays. There are alot of boats on the beach. You can spend your day walking on the sand. This beach is clean.
Auroville matrimandir
A place where unity will be celebrated and prays are done.This place is for those who are searching for peace. The entry is free. You need to walk a short distance to reach the golden ball. While you will be walking people working in this place will give you all the information about this place.
You can go to auroville after visiting the serenity beach as the places are near by. Later u can visit auroville beach. Swimmers can swing for a short distance in auroville beach.
The new light house is built recently and old lighthouse is near rock beach. The entry time is 9am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday and 3pm to 5pm on Monday and Sundays. There is a entry fee and if u r carrying a camera with you then u need to pay to carry the camera with you. From the light house you can get the view of Pondicherry.
Paradise beach
The name defines the place. We took a boat ride to reach the paradise. The entry fee is 150₹per person anda boat ride cost about 300₹ per person. Paradise beach is clean and a real heavenly place. You can't miss going to this place. It's the best part of my trip to Pondicherry. You will not feel like leaving this place once you reach there. Foods are available near the beach. You can swing and take alot of picture. Don't miss paradise beach
