I had planned this trip in the month of Jan . I was eagerly waiting for this trip. My ticket costed around 7k from Delhi to Chennai . I reached chennai airport at 12 am and I was waiting at the airport waiting area , then took metro to bus stop and from there I got a bus to pondy. From Chennai airport to pondy costed me around 350 rs. Then I checked in the hotel and then I had my lunch and then I went for shopping to pothys , I brought saree and few gifts for my family members. Then took an auto to senerity beach , had spend some time over there . Then while going back to rock beach , I stopped at a temple. It was very beautiful temple and then went to rock beach , took a stroll and had salted caramel ice cream. Then I had my dinner and went back to hotel. I was too tired so didn't explored much
In the morning I got up at 5 and left the hotel room at 6 and went to rock beach for experience morning breeze . I was alone and desperately wanted to click my photo , so I asked a stranger to click my pics and she took some beautiful pics . Then I walking and was exploring the beauty and then found ptdc and they were charging around 500 bucks for full day tour by ac vehicle and the tour will start at 9 am , so immediately I rushed to my hotel, took a bath , had breakfast and left for bus stand .First we went to sacred heart Church and there I clicked few photos and then we went to government museum and then we went to urban forest and I saw king cobra. Then we went to art and craft village where I meet padri shree awardee v k munuswamy and he gave me a idol of ganesh which was made by him. Then we headed for lunch , I had podi masala dosa and it was very tasty , I never had such dosa in delhi. Then after lunch we went to Eden beach and from there we went to auroville. after spending nearly 2 hrs there we went to manakula temple . We reached to the temple at around 5 pm and that was the dropping point of tour . I went to the temple first , I met lakshmi and then I went to Sri Aurobindo ashram. I found peace inside the ashram . Then I went to rock beach , had video call with ma and then had my dinner and went to hotel and I dozzed off.
Today I was supposed to leave for chennai . So around 8am I checked out from the hotel and reached to pondicherry bus stop and then I got a bus for chennai and it took around 3 hrs from pondy to Chennai . I reached chennai around 1 pm and then I wen to my hotel. I changed my clothes and then I headed towards t Nagar for shopping. I went to pothys, nallis and other stores for shopping. After spending a lot of money I went to marina beach. I was sitting there and I played few games as well. Then I was went back to hotel as my packing was left . Around 8 I had my dinner and dozed off.
I checked out hotel at 8 am and then headed towards airport. My flight was at 10 am and I was supposed to reach Delhi around 1pm.
This was my trip , it was a budget trip , I had spend nearly 8k which includes hotels , bus fare , dinner , lunch and travelling. I was very happy with my solo trip 2.0 .
