One fine summer, me and my fiance booked a Cab and headed towards Maaskhuwa Guwahati for a evening Date cruising over mighty Brahmaputra River with Alfresco Grand Cruise.

Alfresco Grand has different timings of cruising from Morning to Night like Sunrise cruise, Lunch cruise, sunset cruise and Dinner Cruise which you can choose according to your budget and time.

We chosed the evening cruise to enjoy the blissfulness of sunset amidst the picturesque mighty   Brahmaputra and enjoy the nature's wonder. The cruise has several options for seating arrangements, we booked the middle decker to enjoy the view of river from the top.

As we took our seat inside the decker, I realised how happy and excited were people inside and was eagerly waiting for the ship to take off and enjoy the chill Evening breeze over the sunset view.

The mood inside the cruise was lighted up by the live music band in the decker, the drinks to forget your sorrows and food to satiate your appetite. The room was occupied with the children's laughter with the music, the family enjoying the food, the couples enjoying the drinks and the old couples getting lost into the serinity of postcard scenery amidst the river.

Here we ordered a HOT coffee and a French fries to soak ourselves into the moment of time leaving behind our busy schedule and relax in the luxury of cruising over Brahmamaputra. The few hours were spent by flipping the pages of the book which I grapped from the lower decker while coming up and sipping the HOT coffee in the arms of my fiancee.

We called it a day with out burning a hole in our pocket to experience cruising and a romantic date to remember.
