Day 1
Tonglu is a fascinating place in west bengal.It is one of the higher peak of singalila ridge, it is very near to India -Nepal border, on the way to sandakfu, tonglu is road side halt for the trekkers and , only one stay over there is GTA hut, rooms are very basic, bathrooms are not up to the mark, food is testy.
Location wise awesome, you can see clear and close view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. From tonglu to sandakfu distance is 21 k.m. Road condition is good.
I was there in month of murch, tonglu was covered by ice , when i reached there, snow was continuously falling, I enjoyed alot.
