Macau (also known as Macao) is one of the most fascinating destinations in Asia with its old-world Sino-European architecture and culture existing side by side with the modern lifestyle.Macao tops in my bucket list and here are the top 20 things I am craving to do after I touch the land of my dreams.so here we go-
1.The first and foremost thing I want to do is to gaze in awe at the Ruins of St. Paul and Conquer Mount Fortress.The jawdropping beautiful that the ancient structure is,it deserves the first attention.
2.Next I want to do is to Hike up Guia Hill which again has too much to offer to the tourists.
3.The adrenaline junkies that I and my partner are,we are definitely paying a visit to the Macau Tower and trying out all the activities there.
4. Visiting the street of happiness.we love to take a stroll in the local market and cherish the place the local way .
5.A Visit to CASA Garden,one of the oldest building in Macao.
6.Continuing with the stunning buildings,one of the most interesting thing to do in Macao is to visit the array of the stunning mansions which are open for the public.
7.Trying local food- well we are a couple traveller and in our journey across the Globe,we have always been thrilled and fascinated to try local food during all our travels.so that's definitely a to do thing.
8.Visiting the church of St. Dominic.
9.Though featuring at no. 9,Venetian Resort lies at the top of our list.we are in awe of this Vegas style and Venice-themed hotel which is definitely one of the most the stylish and luxurious place to visit in Macao.
10. Continuing with admiring the stunning mansions in Macao,we also would love to visit the beautiful Tai Fung Tong Art House
11.we are also mesmerized by the stunning pictures of Senado Square , moreover this is an important World Heritage Site as announced by UNESCO since it well portrays the magical history of Macau.
12.Visit A-MA temple.we always ensure to visit local places of worship during our trips to have an insider peep at the local traditions and beliefs.
13.Hac Sa Beach hopping for some relaxed sun soaking and watching the sunset.
14.Visit to the Taipa Village.we have come across a lot of pictures of this cute traditional village of Macao and this place seems to be a must visit during the trip to Macao.
15. Visiting the beautiful coloane Island and trying out some local food seems to be a great idea.
16.Nam Van Lake is another stunning attraction in Macao that we have heard about a lot.This beautiful man made lake offers some beautiful photos as well(the photographer in me is beaming)
17.Kun Lam Statue ,the stunning 20 M tall statue is another piece of art worth visiting.
18.Chimelong Ocean Kingdom Park,well to satiate the inner child in me,A full day visit to this park is a must .
19.MACAU Museum,well I suggest everyone to always visit the local museums during the travel,it will take you through the culture, heritage and history of the place like no other thing.
20.And last is the Fisherman's wharf for some crazy shopping to wind up my amazing trip to the land of my dreams.
So here I believe I have spoken enough of how desperate I and to hop on to the happening place that Macao is.The best part is the perfect amalgamation of the modern and the ancient that this beautiful place has in ample.
