We were on a trip to Hongkong and did not get enough time to spend in Macau. It was just one fine morning we decided to go to Macau for a day. We grabbed the map to find our way to ferry terminal from our hotel in Kowloon. It takes about 45mins to 1 hr to reach Macau by ferry. Its a fun ride.
After reaching, we were wondering what next as we barely had any plan in mind. Before we could decide, we had a man named Sunny approached us, offering cab at disposal for sight seeing. It costed us 1000 HK dollars which is approx. 8K. Slightly expensive though we were game for it as had no option.
He took us to below places before dropping us at Venetian Macao - One of the magnificent chain of luxury casino hotels.
1. Fisherman's Wharf
2. Kun Iam Statue
3. Senado Square
4. Ruins of St.Pauls
5. Macau Towers
6. Wynn Casino
7. Venetian Hotel
We covered all these and once done at Venetian, we had free buses from there to drop us back to ferry terminal.
This was the express visit to Macau done in a day and we were back to hongkong by late night.
