So, why were we so restless to take a turn?
For the eternal peace one would find in Lumbini.
This is not at all an exageration because the birthplace of Gautam Buddha, one of the biggest identity of Nepal and highly controversial in some latest instances beholds the true power of spiritual highness and peace.
Roaming and hopping monasteries after monasteries, walking in the silent fields and garden observing the life and values of Gautam Budhha, with a notorious feeling of having dodged the morning bus to home, we had a wonderful day out. The sleep inside bus couldn't get more comfortable.
This was one quick escape to lumbini after, in my boss' words "not enough travelling for 10 days in India". After a fab trip to india and 3 days sleepless train ride, we still got the zest to reach lumbini and walk till we loathed ourselves completely. We only know the extent of tired ness here.
