We all imagine waking up to views of the snow clad mountains or the cold sea breeze when you are on a vacation, but there is also something equally important and delicious we all look forward to when we are on a holiday - and that is a hearty breakfast spread before you begin exploring your new destination.
While our bucket list of exploring the world is will always be over-flowing and there is so much yet to discover, nevertheless we have listed 5 of our BEST BREAKFAST Experiences from across the world for you.
1. Kim Soo Homwares and Cafe, Seminyak, Bali
A retail therapy wonderland, Kimsoo is just out of a white posh fairy tale!
As you walk into the store, witness a wide range of chic & contemporary home ware, earthen ceramics, vintage pieces, classic furniture and a lot more.
Cafe Kimsoo is an extension to the home decor store. With french marble top tables, a mix of trendy, ethnic and Boho interiors and a delicious menu, the cafe makes for a wonderful breakfast & brunch spot.
Pro Tip: Don't miss their fresh fruit bowls and the oh so heavenly French Toast!
2. Cong Cafe, Vietnam
Anywhere we travel in the world, we mostly end up finding one little corner in that city, which becomes our happy place. In Vietnam, it happened to be the military themed Cong Cafe.
There is something so unique about the place, that any city we stepped into in Vietnam, our first stop over turned out to be Cong, for relishing their amazing Vietnamese Coffee.
It is super affordable, almost in every busy market square and always bustling with tourists.
3. Hoppa, Galle Fort, Sri Lanka
Neighborhoods in Galle Fort area are literally right out of a beautiful painting. Yellow walls, bright colored Tuks-Tuks and colonial art & architecture all around.
On one of these cobbled pathways, is a little local food restaurant Hoppa, offering the BEST Appams and Sri Lankan food we have had in the country!
P.S We loved the menu so much that we also ended up for dinner one night. :)
4. Happy Moons, Istanbul, Turkey
A modern, contemporary and beautifully done up chain of restaurants in Turkey. Their cuisine ranges from local delicacies to Italian, American and Mexican specials.
We recommend visiting it for a traditional Turkish breakfast and a piping hot Apple Tea, as you witness the beauty of Istanbul.
5. Kynd Community, Seminyak, Bali
If you look up on the internet for pictures on Bali, there is slightly a chance that you may miss an image of a bright pink wall, with beautifully painted leaves saying 'another day in paradise'.
That's Kynd Community, Seminyak's popular Plant Based Cafe.
Also never forget, Kynd Community is extremely popular among the tourists so ensure you reach early to relish their delicious juices, bowls, salads and burgers.
Do not miss trying their 'Berry Tropical' smoothie bowl, filled with the freshest of fruits, served in a pretty 'Bali Vibes' bowl.
