Andhra Pradesh tourism has realised how popular camping and caravan is slowly becoming. They have come up with new initiative to roll out caravan tourism in October 2023. Now that's something you must give it a try!
People are warming up to the concept of camping outdoors, which is why 15 places have been identified by the tourist department including Anjoda (forest and park near Araku valley) and Dallapalli (hill station near Paderu) in Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) district and Bheemili (beach locality) in Visakhapatnam.
Explore on your own hotel-on-wheels
Explore the forest areas of Andhra Pradesh in your own hotel-on-wheels with your own beds, washrooms, kitchenettes, air-conditioning, smart televisions, and music system. The impressive part is that 'Andhra Travel Association' will be investing INR 20 crore through the caravan tourism to create facilities for visitors.
