This is a short trip from Vijayawada. As I decided not to use my motorcycle or car, so I reached the Vijayawada bus stand at 7 am. The bus stand is very huge and from here you can find many buses to different cities and also to different states. Okay coming to our topic I boarded Avanigadda bus. The bus cruised at 60-70 kmph as the fog is very high and it is a narrow road. As it is the Sankranthi festival the bus is very crowded. After an hour bus reached Srikakulam village. Straight away I took a sip of tea and went to the temple and you can find ample space near the temple for parking. As I said early it is old and not popular, the crowd is very minimal. I took several photos and videos in the temple and the priest told the importance of the temple. After 1 hour in the temple, I came out and started to walk near the bus stop. The locals here are very friendly and surprisingly I chatted with a local for 1 hour and known some facts about this temple. He said it is originally built in the Krishna river but due to the heavy rush of the water later the temple is moved to this village. If you want to know more about this temple visit this website https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andhra_Vishnu. Later I returned home by the afternoon.

But I recommend if anyone wants to visit, go for a 1 day trip with the family to srikakulaAndhra Maha Vishnu Temple, Mopidevi Temple, and Hamsaladeevi where Krishna River meets the Bay of Bengal.

Budget: very low Rs. 200-300/person

Note: This is my first review of a trip on any website or anywhere. Hope you like it and I will increase my writing skills in further reviews as I have a huge bucket list
